Returns & Damages

Every piece in my shop is created and packed by hand, with a lot of care taken to get it to you safely.

Change of mind

Because each original painting is one of a kind, and prints are produced especially for you, I don't offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully — and if you have any questions about size, colour, or framing before you buy, reach out at hello.marissalico@gmail.com. I'm always happy to help you feel sure about your piece.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your artwork arrives damaged, is faulty, or you've received the wrong item, contact me within 7 days at hello.marissalico@gmail.com with your order number and a few photos (including the packaging it arrived in). I'll assess it and make it right — whether that's a replacement, repair, or refund.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it'll be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take a little extra time for your bank or card provider to process it on their end.
